In the past numerous studies have established that meditation is highly beneficial to our health. Thousands of research studies, most of them published in peer reviewed scientific journals, attest to a wide range of measurable improvements in human functioning.

Studies have found that regular meditation is associated with reductions in health care use; increases in longevity and quality of life. Meditation has been found to reduce chronic pain; reduce anxiety; reduce high blood pressure; reduce substance abuse; and increase intelligence related measures.

Experimental studies show that the practice of daily meditation increases the concentration, the memory and brings the inner peace which is so important for our lifes nowadays. It is very important to practice it daily at the same time. Then it becomes a habit and then we receive inner peace for the rest of the day.

Dr. Jumsai is a world-renowned Educator, Scientist and Humanitarian. He is an honors graduate of Cambridge and Oxford University. In former times he was working for NASA and was responsible for the design and the development of the first successful landing device which allowed the USA to land on Mars Viking I and II (read more).
